Bereavement

Relationship problems

Depression/Anxiety/Stress

Self-esteem/Confidence

Divorce/Separation

Sexuality

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

  About my practice:

I work with individuals (16 years and above)
   and couples.

Sessions are on a weekly basis and are usually
on the same day and at the same time.
However, I offer flexibility to accommodate
   clients' schedules.
Sessions are available during the week, day or
evening, as well as on Saturday morning.

Each session for individuals is 50minutes
long(with the first consultation up to one hour).
For couples sessions are one hour long.

I offer short and long-term therapy.
Following the first consultation I offer a
minimum of 6 sessions after which I review
   progress with my clients.

My counselling room is self-contained with
its own entry and its own facilities. It provides a
  comfortable and tranquil atmosphere and
engenders a safe and confidential environment.
